Grateful Tree

Our Grateful Tree for November 2012.

I have a lot to be grateful for and I am thrilled that my Father in Heaven has trusted me enough to become not only a wife but a mother as well. I never understood all the stuff that I put my parents through until I had my own children and husband. Though my trials are different then what my parents went through I am grateful that I can call them and tell them the situation that I am in and they are willing to listen and then tell me what they went through and help me come to a conclusion on how to best handle it. 

Thank you Mom and Dad I know that I was not an easy child to deal with and karma certainly does exist but without what I went through I would not know how to handle my own children. I love that I can call you and cry my eyes out due to what has happened and that you are able to tell me that I put you through similar things and that in due time it gets better because they grow up and then you wish that they were little again. 

Bob and I have not had an easy health marriage due to all the surgeries we have had since we started dating. I am so glad that we have had them because it has made us stronger as a couple and stronger individually as well. I need to THANK all of those who have helped us before we had kids and even after we have had kids. Many of my aunts, cousins, siblings and parents, this includes the Bramhall side as well  have helped us get through the many physical trials that we have had. I would love to say that these are now behind us but I know that this is not true. Thank yous are not enough but please know without your help we would not have been able to make it through the rough times. We love all of you very much.

To my sweet husband who puts up with me and still loves me. I can not believe the stuff we have been through but I know that our love is stronger for it. You are my rock and best friend I love you very much. Thanks for being here for me and our children. You truly are one in a million.

To my children thank you for choosing me as your mom. for giving me the opportunity to raise you and to watch you grow. I thank Heavenly Father for allowing me to be your mom and to be able to stay home with you. I love watching the new things that you all take in and being here for you when you are hurt or sick, happy or sad. Please be patient with me, there is no handbook on how to take care of you. I am learning as you grow. There will be happy times and sad time but never forget how much your Dad and I love you.

Thanksgiving Dinner

 Grandma had lots of fun activities set up like a Christmas coloring book 

and fun stickers.

 Sitting down to a nice family Thanksgiving Dinner that my Family made 

(not me out cause of surgery). I am grateful to a caring family that is always here for me 

and mine even when its not a good time. I am truly blessed. 

 Tis a tradition to have a pinata at Thanksgiving time.

 Tysen was excited and cold to hit Mickey.

 Nadya just wanted to the candy that was inside.

 Carter was so proud that he split Mickey and it stared to pour candy.

I love my family even when things are crazy and I or we let our emotions get the better of us I am glad to know that I have a family to turn to that will still help out even if they want to just run away. Thank you for all that you all do for me and my little family. I love you Eric and Amy, Amy, Alex, Adam, Abri and Erin. I love you Mom and Dad even when I am a pain to deal with I know that I can always come to you for help. Thanks for raising me to love the Lord, trust myself and rely on family for they are always here.

Family Photo

This turned out to be one of the cutest quick family photo's we have done. My neighbor Rosie Prows came over and took our picture. Now mind you I had just had surgery less than a week ago but was determined to have a Thanksgiving family photo taken (not sure that I was thinking clearly in fact I know I was not due to the pain medicine). I am so grateful that they helped my sit and put Nadya on my lap and were patient with me. It was freezing and painful but I am in love with this photo.

Friends and SNOW!

 Carter loves silly string and the best place to play it is outside where you can

 make the biggest mess you want to.

This month the weather has been soo warm to freezing to snowing but no matter my son will be out in it playing. I love that he loves to play outdoors.

I love you Mom thanks for setting a great example and empowering me to better not only myself but my family and those around me. 

We celebrated at Golden Phoenix my Mom's favorite Chinese restaurant.

 They tried to get closer but then the Geese would attack, it was funny to watch 

cause they kept on trying to get them.

run away if they saw the camera.

 The whole group, we love visiting as often as our kids are healthy.

Grandma let the three of them help walk her dog. They were so excited until Kate the dog came towards Nadya then she was done with the walk.

Nadya October 2012

 My sweet girly was not feeling herself today but did a picture with me anyways. I love you.

 Oh the happiness and sweet tears that this dress brings. Nadya when the time comes make sure you find a man that will treat you like the princess you are and that he is kind towards his children to.

The twin bond between you to is soo strong that you do everything together and are 

distraught when you two are apart from each other.

 Your very first princess dress and you were in heaven.

 Your first baby doll high chair (princess I might add). You loved it so much that we caught you trying to get in it and snapped the legs.

You and your daddy on that pony he keeps telling you he will get someday. Dad likes to tell you that if you stop crying he will buy you a pony (boy do I hope that this does not really come to be).

Nadya your parents are so grateful that Heavenly Father sent you to us. We love every moment we get with you and your brothers. It has been fun to watch the differences between you and your brothers as well as the similarities. You are starting to get into the more girly things like dolls and dressing your self (this is a hard one for mom). Whenever Dad or I are in the kitchen cooking you like to be right there in yours too. Its interesting to see the motherly instincts that are already in you and how quickly you pick up on the rest.

Your dad and i have been trying to get you to talk more but have not yet been successful we know that its only a matter of time before you join your talkative brothers and we can't wait to see what you have to say.

We love you very much and are proud of the progress you have made. We can't wait to see what next month brings.

 Looking over your pancake to make sure it 's ok, you quickly devoured it shortly here after.

 Trying to take a picture with just you and me was hard today because sissy wanted to be right by mom. You were a good sport and let her in on your picture.

 While jumping on the couch you and Nadya were singing two little monkeys jumping on the bed. 

It was too cute to make you stop right away.

 You and your "sissy" are never far apart from each other. You are so good to your sister even though she is rough with you. I am proud of you for being kind towards her and Carter.

Anything involving just you and dad you are in heaven with.

Tysen we love you so much and are proud of the way you treat others you are so kind hearted and willing to help your sister or brother feel better whenever they need it. You are always quick to give hugs and kisses and love to be tickled and cuddled which I love.

You love doing anything that Carter does even though its hard for Carter to let you. You love waking up in the night just to call out for your daddy, if I try to come you get mad. You are still having twice a day sometimes more bloody noses (you wont stop picking)  so we are putting gloves on you and vaseline up your nose (per Dr's orders). You consume milk and food like you will never get them again and we can't seem to keep you full longer than an hour (your teenage years ought to be fun). Your favorite book is still hungry bunny or anything with cars in it. 

We love you Tysen keep being sweet to those you meet, it will make a difference.
