One Down One To GO!

WE FINALLY GOT TO BRING NADYA HOME TODAY AROUND NOON, and we couldn't be any more happier unless we could make Tysen come home but that will be another two weeks or so HOPEFULLY SOONER. Carter was very excited to meet his little sister and loved the present she gave him (Lego set) and it was so cute Carter had a present for her as well.
ON A SIDE NOTE: We would love to have visitors but at this time we have been advised to not do so. Please do not be offended we will let you know when you can visit our babies thank you for your understanding and all that you have done for us.

Up Date on our Cute Babies

Currently our babies are doing great. As of last night Tysen is weighing 5lbs and doing great with out oxygen. Tysen is still trying to conquer breastfeeding and we are giving him till Friday at which point we will give him a bottle in hopes that he can progress to stage two as his sister has (we are not giving up on breastfeeding and will continue to try with him).
Nadya weighs 4lbs 6oz, 3oz over her birth weight so we are super excited about that. She has moved to stage two which simply means an increase in feedings rather than the feeding tube. She has taken well to breastfeeding and the bottle so all we are waiting on is her to pass the car seat test which will be done tonight and for her to gain more weight before she is allowed to come home.
Carter is having fun with both his grandmas and loves the attention he is getting. He is always asking to go see the twins and we are still working on getting him to the hospital (there are alot of hoops to jump over just to get an answer on bringing Carter to see his siblings and for a family photo). Thank you again to all those who are helping us we truly appreciate it.

More about the twins

NADYA: She was the first one born at 6:02 am on August 12. She weighed 4lbs. 3oz and is currently doing great. We are working on breastfeeding which she must do at least 10 minutes straight and gain weight consistently in order to come home. She knows when her mom is in the room and if we do not address her first she starts screaming till we go to her. She is petite and very fun to interact with, we are so excited to have our first and only girl.
TYSEN: He was the second one born at 6:03 am on August 12. He weighed 4lbs 14oz and is currently working on his breathing and attempting to breastfeed, though he shows no interest in that at all at the moment. He is very easy going and loves to be held, he wakes up when he knows he is going to be feed through the feeding tube and loves to look all around. He has earned the nick name "pooper trooper" due to the fact that every time you change his diaper not only is he poopy but he poops all over everything else and man can it fly when he pushes hard enough. He has pooped all over his mom and dad as well as every nurse that he has had hence the nick name "pooper trooper". We love our little boy and are hoping to be able to take them both home soon.

This was taken thursday night and we are hoping that we will be able to get a family picture with Carter in it as well. The hospital currenlty does not allow any children under the age of 3 to come which has been hard on Carter. He is doing well playing with both sets of grandmas and we are very greatful that they are willing to help out so that Bob and I can take care of our other children.

Introducing our two new little ones

We want to welcome our newest additions NADYA and TYSEN. if you have further questions please contact Mary Ann or Kayleen for further details as I am a little occupied at the moment but will try to keep pictures updated as time permits. Thank you to all those who are helping us we truly do appreciate it.

Up date on Drs

Today I had my weekly doctors appointment which means a stress test as well. Both babies are looking fine and doing well. I am having more contractions that are getting stronger in pain (yes I am a wimp, but they are getting worse). I have another Dr's appointment on Monday the 16. I have made it into 33 weeks and pray that I can continue on even though I just want them out, I know they are better off in side of me. We just pray they do not come next week as my o.b. is out of town and we really want him to deliver me at Riverton Hospital, so pray that they stay in until the Dr returns.
