Surgery!!

The hardest decision when you are a parent is making sure that you are making the right choices for your children. While I know that having Carter's Adenoids and Tonsill's removed on March 1, 2012  it was pure HELL!! We were unable to comfort our child when he was in desperate need of comfort and nothing we did for him seemed to take his pain away. My heart ached every time he needed to drink or take his medicine. When we were in recovery at Primary's the nurses were literally bribing him with toys just to get him out of the hospital. You see as soon as we were able to be with him he was screaming from the top of his lungs. We could not get him to drink anything or take his medicine. So the nurses were bribing him with toys if he would just drink so that he would stop disturbing the other patients.

Trying to be brave even though he is hurting.

When we got home it was not as bad but it was a major battle to get him to drink and take his medicine. I remembered that I had a stethoscope and that was one of the only things that we could use to get him to drink that or it took both of us to literally shove it down his throat (rude yes but necessary).

This was taken on March 4, 2012. seeming to do a tad better but still a battle.

This was taken on March 8, 2012 he was exhausted  but he very much wanted to play and so did his sister and brother but he just still did not have the needed energy to do so. You made it through this Lee Bee and I know that you can make it through anything that life will give you, just remember that your Savior loves you and so do your parents and that we will always be here for you.
