Birthday Surprises

Welcome to Carter's Birthday SURPRISES for 2011. Bob was able to take the day off and Carter's grandparents were here so we headed off to the mall to see Santa and Surprisingly the kids did well, that is the nice photo boy took a few shots to get the best one. After seeing Santa we let the kids play in the South Town play area before heading home. When we got home we let Carter open his present which was Cars 2 hence the theme for his party this year. After watching the movie we surprised Carter by taking him to Planet Play (formally known as Incredible Pizza). We had a blast riding the go carts not less than 10 times, playing games and don't forget the miniature golf. We love our birthday boy and wish him the best year possible to come. May you always remember what you stand for and where you came from. We are always here for you son all you have to do is ask. With love mom and dad.

The boys let me win once and whooped me the rest of the time. We had the track to ourselves 9 out of the 10 or more times that we raced it was awesome.

Carter's 4!

Happy Birthday to my sweet little boy. After going to the Dr's we found out that he finally weighs 31 pounds (Tysen weighs 22 pounds, yikes soon they will be sharing the same size clothes) and is 38 inches tall. For Carter this is an accomplishment, you see this is the first time in about two years that he has made progressed and not regressed backwards.

Carter really wanted to surprise "Great"- Grandma with a banner as they share the same birthday but they came home and joined in the banner festivities which Carter was excited about.

Starting Off Christmas Celebrations

Here we are waiting in a very long line at Riverton City Hall on November 28, 2011 to welcome Santa and see the lights go on. We have never done this before and thought that it would be fun and we really did have a great time. All of our children did well with Santa, we were even impressed that Tysen walked up to him. This year Carter asked Santa for a red ride on motorcycle and the twins asked for diapers. We shall see if they are nice or naughty.

The Rest of November 2011

Aren't my babies just so darn cute? We think so we love Carter, Nadya, and Tysen very much and are grateful everyday that they were sent to us.

Thankful Tree

This is the final outcome of our grateful tree that we plan on doing each November. Carter had some very insightful things that he was grateful for such as his clothes, Kitty (stuffed animal that he sleeps with), his hands, his buddy (Tysen) and his family. We loved that each day we got to think about what we were grateful for and then share it with each other. Our plan is to save the leaves from year to year and look back on our answers at a future time. Grateful Tree 2011.

Thanksgiving Day!

This year my mom hosted Thanksgiving at her house and all of us (except Big Al/Elder Whitelock) were able to be present. We had fun watching the twins eat and steal each others food, putting together puzzles, and playing games. November 2011

Baby Powder

Here is what happens when you leave your children un-attended to go to the bathroom. I mean seriously he is only 15 months old but Tysen is very smart and can climb into or onto anything in order to get what he wants. We love you Tysen and always keep up that ambitious attitude and or desires. Taken on November 15, 2011.
