Blessing Day.

Tysen and Nadya's baby blessings turned out great. A huge thanks to all those that helped us get everything ready. We loved seeing everyone and were sorry not to see those unable to come.

Pumpkin Carving OR Pumpkin Barfing??

We started off with Carter gagging and attempting to through up and ended up with him loving it. Anything Daddy can do so can I, pretty sure this was what was occurring other wise there is no way that Carter would have done it.

Winter Snow in Fall

This morning we woke to snow in our front yard and Carter begging to go out and play in it with his shovel. So this is what we did after the twins were fed and down for there naps. He was really excited to make a snow angel and a little confused as to what a snow angel was. Can't wait for more snow Carter really seems to like it, just need to find him some snow boots now.

Loved Ones

Family time on Sundays is always fun my little brothers and sisters love holding the babies and Carter loves playing with his aunts and uncles.

Cute Halloween Pictures.

The orange pumpkin shirt that you can see on Nadya there is a twin one for Tysen but every time I try to get their pictures taken together one of them either spits up or pees all over it so I have given up and am just posting single pictures.

The other pictures are of them sporting outfits that Grandma Bramhall gave them or as Carter says great grandma (Mary Ann). Carter loved the Halloween box that you sent thanks.

Pumpkin Picking

On October 16, 2010 we took our children to a pumpkin patch that we found when Carter was ten months old. We really like it because they gear their pumpkin patch towards all age groups but they focus on making sure that it is family friendly. This year they added a hay ride which Carter thought was a ton of fun. He also really liked playing in the corn maze. The best part about this event was that both Carter and Bob took off in the same direction in search of their perfect pumpkin. Every pumpkin that Carter picked up was rotten and he was getting pretty frustrated partially due to fact that the guts of the rotting pumpkin that got on him. After about twenty minutes they both found the perfect pumpkin and proudly carried them around. I was also impressed that the twins did rather well to (granted they had just been fed and were asleep for most of it). I can not wait till the twins are old enough to search out their own pumpkins. It was also cute Carter made sure that both Tysen and Nadya got their own pumpkins but he wont let them have them because they are to dangerous for them. i was proud of him for thinking of his brother and sister.

Dr's Visit

Well the Dr's visit went fairly well, luckily I had my moms help because I also decided to give Carter his flu shot on top of the twins two month shots, it was alot to take on but we survived the visit at least. At home that was a different story they screamed basically the entire weekend and I can only pray and hope that their four month shots go better.

CARTER- Is loving this weather, we play outside and go to the park often. He is still great with his brother and sister and loves to help whenever possible. He did not so much like having the nasal flu shot (I opted this to avoid pain, but he still cried) but after half an hour he was great and we have had no side affects thank heavens.


NADYA-She is weighing in at 7 1/2 pounds and is doing great. The only major thing that we need to be working on is her head shape and neck control. So we place her in a special head rest with the back of her head down face up. She hates this and will find any way possible to get out of it. We also have neck exercises that we need to do every time she has her diaper changed to avoid a helmet later on (I pray we do not have to go down that road so hopefully these neck exercises work). She is growing and fits well into her newborn clothes finally. Nadya has also become an expert at screaming until she is held and she never stops till she gets what she wants. We love her just the same, it would however be nice if she would stop the tantrums, she is to young for that and yes sometimes we make her scream it out which can last for more than ten minutes without her wavering.


TYSEN-He is weighing in at 9+ pounds and we have recently found out that he has ACID REFLUX disease it has not been a fun adventure. We have had to switch formulas and stop breast milk altogether (which has not been an easy thing for either one of us). Tysen is also on Prevacid to help with the reflux and it has started working and we can tell a difference when he has it and when it is wearing off. Luckily for us our neighbor behind us has gone through this with her girls so she has been a big help. Tysen is also propped up when not being held and does ok sleeping in the crib but does better sleeping in his car seat and after a few sleepless afternoon's and evenings we are starting to lean towards letting him sleep in his car seat. Other than that he is a happy go lucky but very serious little man, he is always smiling and loves to investigate his environment.
