Carving Time

I am happy to report that Carter did not throw up this year, close to it though.
Tysen thought this was so cool, he would smile every time he brought guts out.
Nadya did it. But during the whole gutting it she was not sure if she should cry or throw up.
Thanks to an un-announced visitor we got a family picture.
Excuse the non-pants but Carter did not want guts getting on them. We let Carter carve this year it was scary and exciting to see how he could handle himself. Our son is growing up no matter how hard we try to keep him little.
The twins got to watch Dad carve their pumpkin after their bath. They both decided that the pumpkin guts should go on their heads instead of the bowl.

This year we washed and baked the pumpkin seeds. They were ok but definitely need improvement next year.

Pumpkin Patch

We were so impressed by how all three could handle their wheelbarrows,
even after they had pumpkins in them.
 Love my sweet daughter.
Carter loves his magic glasses, I on the other hand would prefer to have one with and one with out for picture purposes. Love you Lee Bee. Thanks for being such a great helper.
Tysen was so excited to get on the wagon and even more excited to see all the pumpkins. He re-picked his pumpkin at that point.

Trunk or Treat

Trunk or Treat was really fun and stressful this year as I got to take the kids around by myself. Bob was still not healing and getting his strength back so he passed out candy when normally he would wrangle the kids. All in all it was not too bad, though it was tricky to get Nadya not to choose chocolate.

I love these holiday memories that we are creating as a family and the opportunity that both Bob and I get to be there and enjoy it together love you cowboy.

First SNOW of the Year!

Which twin is which, can you tell? My kids were more excited about the snow then I was go figure.
Not sure why I only let Carter out but I did and he loved to through the snow at his brother and sister who kept begging to go out. We will go with that they were sick. Sorry twiners I still love you even though I did not let you out.

Bee Keeper

Meet G or as Carter refers to him his sidekick. Best of buds in school.
G's dad is a Bee Keeper and taught Carter's pre-school class all about it.
They even gave them honey at the end.
Taking a wagon ride at Little Farmer's pre-school. G wanted to come more like you
could not separate these two.
The pre-school/farm even allowed each student to pick a pumpkin.

Dad was even able to come though he probably should not have as at this point dad had taken a turn for the worse again. But leave it to super hero dad for being there for his children. We love you and are so blessed to have you as our dad and husband.

Halloween Fun at the Farm

Family time at the Farm while dad is still trying to heal up.
 Boo-ling!
Spider toss. Best part to Carter was that you  got candy at each station.
Checking out the bunnies with dad.
Only dad could help her. She is a daddy girl. Love you two.
Mr. Independent. "I do myself". Love you Tysen remember that we are always here to help you.

Papa W's Turn

 My pretty Princess for  Halloween
My Scary Dragon loved to giggle instead of roar
My Knight and Shinning Armor kept us safe all through October

My brother Adam and my sisters Erin and Abri came to help my Dad take pictures of my kids at the pumpkin patch
Trying to get a group photo let a lone a single photo was next to impossible this year. We went at a bright time of day and all my kids just wanted to do was play in the pumpkin patch. Can't blame them for not wanting pictures when there is funner things to do.

Thanks Dad for trying to get them to smile and look your way. Some pictures are better than no pictures.
