On August 29, 2011 my children decided that it was time to have a tug-a-war contest, mainly because Nadya had Bob's blanket and her brothers came after her for it. Thus a tug-a-war began and while it was fun in the beginning towards the end there were sad tears as they all collided.
On August 28, 2011 my children re-discovered the fun of the "BOX". I think that there favorite part was to push Nadya around in it. Ever since then whenever Carter see's that we are buying diapers he wants to have the box right away and they spend hours and days playing with the boxes they get. Oh how I love the imaginations of children.
We try to bath all the kids separately so that they get individual time with us but Carter has been bugging us to bath with all of them so we finally let them and here they all are at a some what calm moment. Picture taken on August 27, 2011.
On August 26, 2011 Tysen attempted WALKING for the first time and oh how he loved the power that it gave him. I am excited to report that as of the beginning of November Tysen if OFFICIALLY walking.
These were taken on August 24, 2011. She was not feeling particularly well so I thought it would be a good idea to fill the pool and cool her off. That apparently was a bad parenting move to her. But she was even madder when I took her out and got her dressed she kept trying to go to the back door to get back in the pool. Oh and did I mention it was starting to rain at the end of Nadya's pool fun.
On August 23, 2011 I went to pick Carter up from school only to find out that he had fallen (not sure what the story really is) and ended up getting this nasty goose egg. He would not let us ice it so we delayed nap time to make sure he was ok.
On August 15, 2011 we gave the twins scrambled eggs for the first time. Nadya was at least willing to put some in her mouth but quickly spit it out. Tysen loved every bite of them and wanted more. Since I am late in up loading the blogs I can happily report that now Nadya loves scrambled eggs and Tysen tolerates them more than anything else.
